Delivery
- Free worldwide delivery on all fine jewellery orders.
Replica pieces are limited to UK delivery only.
- Lead times:
- Fine jewellery: 3–4 weeks (made to order).
- Replicas: 1–4 days.
- Express options may be available for urgent dates — please contact us in advance.
- Packaging & couriers: luxury presentation case. Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) and FedEx (international).
- Insurance: all shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
- If you’re not satisfied, you may return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging, certificates, and paperwork.
- Exclusions: bespoke, personalised, or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Refunds are processed within up to 28 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- If a GIA certificate is missing, a £450 replacement fee will be deducted.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will repair, replace, or issue a full refund.

How to measure
- For an existing ring: measure the inner diameter with a ruler or caliper.
- For your finger: wrap paper snugly around the base, mark the join and measure the length (that’s the circumference).
- Measure at the end of the day; fingers are smaller in the morning and in cold weather.
