Responsible Sourcing

Using some of the finest materials on earth, we craft jewels that match the brilliance of your moment. That privilege comes with responsibility. We’re committed to ethical sourcing, transparent supply chains, and continuous improvement.

“A jewel’s true beauty lies in the story behind it. Real change is shaped by the choices we make each day. This isn’t a one-time solution—it’s a lasting pledge to continuously grow and improve.”

Our Journey

Dazzle Diamonds London LTD was established in 2008 by M Muddassir A Jaleel and Muhammadu Shiham, blending expertise in international diamond and gemstone trading. From Hatton Garden, London’s historic jewellery district, we’ve grown a bespoke house known for craftsmanship and integrity.

Today we specialise in custom diamond and gemstone jewellery, designed in-house and crafted to last for generations.

What is Responsible Sourcing?

In a word, it’s caring. Caring about the people in our supply chain, the communities at the source, and the environments that sustain them. It’s choosing partners thoughtfully, being honest about where we can improve, and doing the work—together.

Our Commitment

In 2021 we established a dedicated Responsible Sourcing team to guide and audit our progress. Through this work, we ensure:

  • Our jewellery meets international standards in responsible sourcing.
  • Everyone involved in delivering our products is protected and respected.
  • We actively pursue initiatives that reduce environmental impact.

This framework supports a sustainable business for years to come.

What’s Next?

We organise our roadmap around three pillars:

People icon / illustration

People — Partner due-diligence, safe working standards, fair wages and training.

Planet icon / illustration

Planet — Lower-impact materials, reduced waste, responsible packaging and logistics.

Product icon / illustration

Product — Traceability initiatives, durable design, and transparent information.

We’ll update this page as our policy evolves and report our progress openly. We are also working toward certification with the Responsible Jewellery Council.
